Your selection of Swarovski birthstone crystals are hand wired to a sterling silver chain, and finished with a gorgeous textured heart charm. All components are genuine Swarovski crystals, sterling or fine silver and your birthstone necklace is handmade with love.

This personalised birthstone necklace is shown with eight crystals, but yours can include up to twelve (contact me if you need to add more family birthstones!).  

Capture each member of your family in this personalised birthstone necklace by adding their birthstone in your chosen order - and I will wrap it with silver wire into the necklace.
