Delivery charges
Your personalised jewellery is gift boxed, and packaged to ensure it reaches you in tip-top condition.
Each item is handmade to order and despatched within 10 working days.(Mon-Fri)If you need your jewellery sooner, please select the appropriate delivery upgrade and let me know when you need it for.
UK Postage options:
- Standard delivery - despatched within 10 working days.
- Please allow an extra 1-3 working days for postage. { This is not guaranteed since I cannot control Royal Mail's speed once your jewellery leaves my workshop, but most packages arrive within 3 days of despatch. }
- Standard delivery cost depends on both the weight and value of your order, and is either £2.45, £4.45 or £6.65 (for high value orders).
- To confirm the correct total for the items you wish to purchase, just add them to your basket.
- All items are sent by recorded delivery and need a signature on arrival.
- Special delivery - despatched within 10 working days.
- Guaranteed receipt before 1pm the next working day after despatch.
- This option costs either £6.65 or £7.00 and includes insurance for your jewellery during transit.
- Priority delivery - despatched within 6 working days, to arrive on the 7th day.
- Shipping details as per the Special delivery service.
- Plus a small "rush order" fee, prioritising your order for production.
- This optional "rush" service is charged at £10.65.
International Postage options:
I can post my jewellery worldwide at a standard flat rate of £5.00 regardless of order value, and aim to despatch within 10 working days. Overseas orders generally take 2-3 weeks to be delivered, but may be subject to postal delays and customs clearance.
Please note that your country may impose import taxes or duties on your purchase if it is over a certain value, and these remain your responsibility.
