Delivery charges

Each personalised jewellery item is carefully gift boxed, and then packaged to ensure it reaches you in tip-top condition. As each item is handmade and personalised to your requirements, they are despatched within 10 working days. If you require an item in a hurry, please do let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.

UK Postage options:

- Standard postage is via first class recorded delivery in the UK for your peace of mind - and is just £3.85 per order to any UK address regardless of the number of items you order! Items are generally despatched within 10 working days (often sooner). Postage times are usually 1-3 days, although this is not guaranteed as I have no control over the speed of Royal Mail's service once your jewellery leaves my workshop.

- Special delivery - costs £5.95 and includes insurance for your jewellery during transit. I aim to despatch all special delivery orders within 10 working days, and Royal Mail guarantee receipt before 1pm the next working day.

- Priority delivery - if you need an item in a super hurry, my priority delivery service is the option to pick. This means I will order the supplies via guaranteed Special Delivery, and send your finished jewellery to you via Special Delivery. This optional delivery service is charged at £9.50. This is less than it costs me to offer, but I feel it's a fair compromise to get you the goods on time! Using this service will guarantee delivery of your personalised items within 7 working days (usually sooner.)

International Postage options:

I can post my jewellery worldwide at a standard flat rate of £3.50 regardless of order value, and aim to despatch within 10 working days. Overseas orders may take slightly longer to be delivered, due to postal delays, and unfortunately I cannot take any responsibility for customs charges or taxes incurred for importing goods.
