A jumble of sterling silver personalised tags - the perfect gift for a proud mother.

Add a tag for each of your brood, personalise them with names, dates or intials, sling in a birthstone charm and your chosen chain, and you have the perfect mother necklace!

Shown with optional hammered finish on the jumble, and plain polished finish on the single charm, there's a range of options to make your jewellery truly personalised. Each charm is 1/2 inch (1.2cm)* wide at the widest point, and can be stamped on one side only.

(*Circles are 1.2cm in diameter, squares are 1.2cm tall and wide, and hearts are 1.2cm wide, approx 1cm tall)

If you want more than five personalised discs, I'll be happy to help through the contact function. Circles can also be stamped both sides for an additional £5 per disc. These options aren't shown in the listing to keep things simple - so please ask if you'd like this option.
